Ceva Logistics Sued Over Theft of Employee Data in Cyberattack
A former employee filed a class action against Ceva Logistics alleging it failed to protect highly sensitive personal information stolen during a late-July cyberattack. The breach reportedly disrupted operations at eight warehouses serving Netherlands and other European retailers and included employee data such as bank details and social security numbers. The suit alleges employees were not formally notified and seeks at least $5 million plus class action status.
