Ceva and LG Electronics announced a collaboration combining Ceva’s UWB baseband IP and software with LG’s UWB RF technology to provide a complete silicon-ready Ultra-Wideband solution for semiconductor and OEM customers. The platform supports LG’s RF with TSMC’s 22nm process and aligns with the IEEE 802.15.4ab standard for applications such as secure access, tracking, navigation, and sensing.
