Cerebras Reports $25.4B Backlog Supported by OpenAI Deal

Cerebras grew non-GAAP revenue 103% year over year to $209.9 million and ended June with $25.4 billion in remaining performance obligations. A master relationship agreement with OpenAI signed in December 2025 includes a commitment to buy 750 MW of AI inference capacity valued at more than $20 billion. Cerebras recognized $56.8 million of revenue in Q2 and expects to recognize about $5.6 billion over the next 24 months.
