Centrica Marks 500th Armed Forces Hire Under Armed Forces Pathway

Centrica says 500 veterans, service leavers and military spouses have joined since launching its Armed Forces Pathway in 2021, with the programme set to expand. About a quarter entered as apprentices, and a 12-month Military & Elite Athlete Talent Placement Programme reports 85% retention and 34% promotion into leadership within 18 months. The milestone was marked at Centrica Park with government ministers meeting participants.
