Celsius Shares Fall After Q2 Earnings Miss Linked to Pepsi Integration
Celsius Holdings’ stock fell after missing Q2 earnings targets, citing costly integration of its Alani Nu and Rockstar portfolios into PepsiCo’s distribution system. CEO John Fieldly said the shift required time-consuming reorganization, including SKU rationalization and store cooler setup. Q2 revenue rose to $818m, but Celsius revenue declined 11.7% to $387m. The company also reported $124m of an approved buyback, with $176m remaining.
