Celltrion backs Kobe startups as it races to 13 novel drugs by 2028

Celltrion, a biosimilars maker, is building a novel-drug pipeline by partnering with startups across five countries on three continents. In Japan it agreed to support biotech firms with the Kobe Biomedical Innovation Cluster (KBIC). The plan targets 13 new drugs by 2028, including nine ADCs, and includes collaborations valued at up to 712.5 billion won, while CT-P73 won U.S. fast-track status.
