CEAT reported strong FY2025-26 results, including revenue from operations of Rs. 2,042–2,063 crore with operating margins around 13%, and profit after tax of Rs. 813 crore (standalone) and Rs. 1,786 crore (consolidated). Consolidated EBITDA rose 38% and net profit grew 48%. The AGM highlights dividend of Rs. 35 per share and production of over 4.50 crore tyres with capacity use above 80%.
