CCS Clears Analogic–Leidos Merger in Explosive Detection Systems

Singapore’s Competition and Consumer Commission cleared the proposed Analogic-Leidos merger for explosive detection systems, saying it is unlikely to substantially lessen competition. CCS expects the merged business to keep facing established global suppliers and to be constrained by Singapore’s sole airport customer using competitive tenders, while existing and potential rivals can still expand or enter. The deal combines Leidos and Industrial and General Automation with Analogic.
