Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the launch of Caterpillar’s workforce commitment in Arkansas as part of its five-year, $100 million Building the Future Workforce Initiative. Caterpillar employs more than 530 people in the state and works with 60 suppliers. The program will strengthen collaboration among training institutions, students, employers, and community organizations, building affordable pathways for modern manufacturing careers.
