Casey's Builds Big Pizza Business as Stock Climbs 50% in a Year
Casey’s General Stores has expanded its pizza operation and is now among the largest U.S. pizza chains, ranking fifth by prepared food and dispensed beverage sales, even as broader quick-service pizza demand cools. The Iowa-based Fortune 500 has added toward 3,000 locations, nearly half in towns under 5,000, and its stock has risen more than 50% over 12 months to about $28 billion market value.
