Casey’s General Stores agreed to acquire all 24 Pak-A-Sak convenience stores across the Texas Panhandle, adding one of the region’s best-known locally owned chains to its business. The purchase price and closing date were not disclosed. The McKee family said the sale follows three generations building Pak-A-Sak and emphasized continued focus on employees and communities during the transition.
