California Attorney General Rob Bonta told CNBC that states challenging Paramount Skydance’s proposed Warner Bros. acquisition would consider settlement only with robust structural remedies. He said a combined company would create presumptively illegal concentration in film and TV markets targeted by the multistate lawsuit. Paramount says it will vigorously defend the deal.
