Caesars Shareholders Vote on $17.6B Fertitta Buyout Deal
Caesars Entertainment shareholders will meet next month at the Eldorado Resort in Reno to vote on a $17.6 billion buyout by Fertitta Entertainment that would take the Nevada casino operator private. The deal includes about $5.7 billion in equity and $11.9 billion in assumed debt. The board approved the merger, and a vote will also cover executive compensation tied to the transaction.
