Burlington Stores is relocating its corporate headquarters from Burlington Township to Philadelphia, framed by officials as the city’s largest headquarters move in years. Pennsylvania and city support includes $370 million in investment, $30 million in state grants, a $7 million forgivable loan and a job-creation tax credit.
