Broadcom has completed the $325 million purchase of its Southern California headquarters campus in Irvine from PRP Real Assets. Built in 2017 and 2018, the 9.6-acre site totals 660,893 square feet with two five-story office buildings. The campus sits in the Irvine Spectrum District near transit such as Irvine Station, and Broadcom had previously occupied it on a net-lease basis.
