Brian Rohloff begins as president and CEO of Textron Aviation, taking over the Wichita-based manufacturer of Cessna and Beechcraft on 31 August. He replaces Ron Draper, who is retiring after eight years as leader and will stay as a senior adviser through the end of 2026. Rohloff previously led global customer support and helped launch the Citation CJ4 production line.
