BRA Bygg wins contract to design and build 80,000 sqm facility in Jönköping

Veidekke’s Swedish subsidiary BRA Bygg AB has been awarded a design and build contract for an 80,000-square-metre facility in Jönköping for Vectura, with Saab as the long-term tenant. Completion and occupancy are expected in 2029–2030, developed with Vectura, Saab and Jönköping Municipality. Fastighets AB Balder will acquire a minority stake on completion, with sustainability-led ambitions guiding the project.
