Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has flagged off the first Extreme Weather Grade (XWG) diesel rake from its Bina Refinery to support the Indian Army’s high-altitude operations. BPCL says XWG diesel was indigenously developed with its Corporate R&D Centre and Bina Refinery and designed for extreme winter conditions, offering improved cold performance and reliability.
