BVB reported a €21.7 million annual loss as revenue fell 12.5% to €460.5 million, with early exits from last season’s Champions League and cup competitions cutting revenue by €65.6 million. Net transfer income rose to €59.3 million, while sponsorship and hospitality increased 4.5% to €170.3 million. Shares ended Friday higher, ahead of Monday after a Supercup defeat.
