Bondholders Seek US Document Discovery in Aston Martin Debt Case
Two US bondholders asked a New York court for permission to gather evidence in a UK challenge to Aston Martin’s debt restructuring. Arini Capital and Tresidor seek documents and testimony from BlackRock-owned HPS, Authentic Brands’ UK arm, and advisers Moelis & Co and Lazard over a £450m financing they say harmed existing creditors. Aston Martin previously lined up up to £550m of HPS-led borrowing and is set to leave the FTSE 250 on 2 September.
