Boeing to Sell Autonomous-Flight Units to Archer Aviation for Stake
Boeing will sell three autonomous-flight subsidiaries—Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu—to Archer Aviation. In return, Boeing is set to receive a nearly 16.5% stake in Archer and other benefits. Archer plans to complete the deal by the end of the year, pending regulatory approval. The transaction follows a prior Wisk–Archer legal dispute and marks a major step for Archer’s expansion.
