Boeing Sells Wisk and SkyGrid Units to Archer in Stake Swap
Boeing is selling three subsidiaries—Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu—to Archer Aviation in exchange for an undisclosed stake. The deal is intended to let the units speed eVTOL and urban air mobility capability development while Boeing focuses capital on its core businesses. Archer gains stronger footing in eVTOL and supporting networks, with both sides expecting benefits from the transaction.
