Boeing acquires 19.75% stake in Archer, securing Wisk autonomy rights
Boeing will acquire ACHR Class A shares equal to 19.75% of Archer’s pre-close shares, leaving Boeing with about 16.5% after closing, and will commit up to $55 million in an upcoming Archer investment round. The deal also grants warrants for up to $200 million more stock and includes a cross-licensing agreement letting Boeing keep using Wisk autonomous flight systems across commercial and defense programs.
