BMW Reaches 150,000th Motorcycle Produced at Brazil Plant

Manaus, BMW Group’s only non-Germany plant dedicated exclusively to motorcycle production, marks its 10th anniversary with the 150,000th motorcycle built. The site began production in 2016 and assembles models including the R 1300 GS Adventure Triple Black. BMW says it has retooled the facility to deliver German-like quality, while shipments declined 2.9% to 102,847 motorcycles and scooters.
