Blue Energy and GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy signed an agreement to launch the next phase of deploying a 2.5 GW gas-plus-nuclear power plant in Texas. The collaboration combines GE Vernova’s HA gas turbine technology with GVH SMR nuclear technology, using Blue Energy’s project model aimed at cutting costs and time to make nuclear a financeable, repeatable offering.
