Blackstone Group, via affiliate Epsilon Bidco Pte Ltd, exited EPL Ltd by divesting its entire 26.38% stake through an open market bulk deal, selling 84,479,781 shares at an average ₹240.57. The transaction value was ₹2,032.33 crore. Quant Mutual Fund became the largest buyer, lifting its stake to 6.95% from 2.47%. EPL shares closed 8.47% lower at ₹239.90.
