Blackstone has proposed an offer for sale of up to 25.03% of Indian REIT Knowledge Realty Trust, comprising a 16.69% base offer with an option to sell an additional 8.34% if oversubscribed. The floor price is set at 108 rupees per unit, valuing the maximum stake at 119.88 billion rupees ($1.26 billion). Blackstone and related entities hold 46.51% in the REIT.
