BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc notified the market that, as at 26 August 2026, its issued capital comprised 241,278,950 ordinary shares of £0.05 each, excluding 57,413,655 ordinary shares held in treasury. Shareholders are advised to use 241,278,950 as the denominator for calculations used to determine notification of interests under the FCA disclosure rules.
