BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc notified the market that, as at 09 September 2026, its issued capital comprised 239,928,950 ordinary shares of £0.05 each, excluding 58,763,655 shares held in treasury. Shareholders should therefore use 239,928,950 as the denominator for calculations under FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.
