BlackRock Says CLARITY Act Is Less Key for Bitcoin as ETFs Cool
BlackRock’s head of digital assets says the CLARITY Act is less critical for Bitcoin than for broader crypto segments, with institutional investors treating further legislation as potential upside. He linked Bitcoin’s strength to different risk-and-return drivers than equities and said DeFi remains in a more unsettled regulatory zone. The firm also added a Bitcoin premium income product this summer as U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs ended a nine-day $2.8 billion inflow streak.
