BlackRock named João Robalo Martins as its head of business in Portugal, effective August 31. He is based in Madrid and reports to Javier García Díaz, Managing Director and Head of Iberia Wealth Business. Martins will oversee Portugal operations, execute the commercial strategy, strengthen client relationships, and expand distribution and market share, following prior leadership changes.
