In March, the FDA approved Yuviwel, a once-weekly treatment for children with achondroplasia. BioMarin will receive a 20% royalty on U.S. net sales and an 18% royalty on net sales in the EU, Brazil and South Korea. Yuviwel revenue totaled €8 million in Q2 2026. A binding settlement with Ascendis resolves all global patent disputes, including a U.S. ITC investigation, while EU authorization remains under review with a decision expected in Q4 2026.
