Bill Holdings reported fiscal fourth-quarter results with revenue up 16% to $400.5 million and non-GAAP operating margin rising 860 basis points to 23%. More than 175,000 businesses use its AI agents, including a W-9 agent that collected 240,000 forms, and a touchless agent automating 7 million transaction fields. Non-GAAP net income rose 53% to $94 million, with restructuring savings of about $110 million and a target for GAAP profit above $125 million in fiscal 2027.
