Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited has withdrawn its acceptance of a Letter of Intent from MB Power (Madhya Pradesh) Limited for a major thermal power project, disclosing the change to stock exchanges under SEBI Regulation 30. BHEL originally accepted the LOI on 03.09.2025. Separately, it appointed Ms. Aruna Gulati as General Manager and Head of the Solar Business Division, Bengaluru, effective from April 25, 2026.
