Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Norway’s Hystar AS for Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolyser systems intended for green hydrogen projects. At its 62nd AGM on August 5, 2026, shareholders approved the appointment of Nigar Fatima Husain as director, alongside adoption of FY2025-26 financials and dividend approvals, with promoter group voting unanimously.
