BPRL Ventures BV, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum, completed the acquisition of a 39.14% stake in IBV Brasil Petroleo Limitada for ₹2,312 crore. The transaction was disclosed to stock exchanges under SEBI LODR Regulation 30. Bharat Petroleum also said Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) Shri Debashis Naik superannuated on June 30, 2026.
