BEML’s board has recommended a revised final dividend of ₹12.28 per equity share for FY25-26, inclusive of an interim dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share earlier recommended on May 29, 2026. The company reported improved Q1 FY27 performance, with standalone net loss narrowing to ₹272.6 crore from ₹639.1 crore and revenue from operations rising to ₹8,196.2 crore from ₹6,339.9 crore. Consolidated net loss also eased to ₹270.1 crore from ₹641.1 crore.
