Bausch + Lomb is moving a dual-action dry-eye eye drop into Phase 3 and continuing BL1332 for ocular surface pain in Phase 2. In a Phase 2 study of 443 patients, the combination did not beat lifitegrast on the Day 29 primary endpoint, but showed stronger Day 15 corneal staining improvements. Phase 3 will use Day 15 as the primary endpoint.
