Bank of America’s Capital Return Strategy Backed by Strong Earnings
Bank of America’s capital return strategy is supported by improving earnings power, a healthy capital cushion and disciplined balance-sheet management. In the second quarter, net income rose to $9.1 billion and revenues climbed 15% to $31.6 billion. As of June 30, 2026, about $17 billion remained available under the program, giving room for ongoing dividends and repurchases.
