Bank of America limits hybrid remote days to non-consecutive schedule
Bank of America is enforcing a new hybrid work policy that bars remote work on back-to-back days for employees eligible for hybrid schedules. Staff can still work three days in the office and two days from home, but remote days cannot be consecutive (e.g., Thu–Fri or Mon–Tue). The change follows earlier post-pandemic updates and comes as the company plans to open 150 branches by 2027.
