Bank of America Keeps Buy Rating as Gilead HIV Prevention Persists Above 70%
The bank reiterated its Buy rating and $162 price target after Gilead’s stronger-than-expected second-quarter results. Gilead posted $7.6 billion in product sales and raised full-year guidance to $29.8–$30.1 billion. A key focus was that, about a year after launch, more than 70% of patients remained on HIV prevention therapy, supporting PrEP momentum.
