Bank of America disclosed that Merrill Lynch International, its wholly controlled unit, executed share trades in Manas Enerji on Sept. 4, 2026. Merrill bought 12,165,613 shares and sold 8,290,909, net acquiring 3,874,704 shares in a TRY 35.48–36.97 range. The indirectly held stake and voting rights rose to 6.011% following the capital-markets notification.
