Balfour Beatty has reshaped its leadership and UK portfolio after a June 2026 announcement aimed at sharpening focus on customers and core growth markets. Emma Loxton was appointed Chief Strategy Officer, a new role starting October 2026, and Lee Hewitt shifted to Group Business Services Director. The changes are meant to improve strategic focus, productivity, value creation, and oversee group health, safety, wellbeing, quality, sustainability and innovation.
