AXA has brought Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet back as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, with oversight of workforce strategy, talent development, and organisational culture. Effective September 1, 2026, she joins the Management Committee and leads global HR on talent management, compensation, employee relations, culture, diversity, and learning and development, reporting to Deputy General Secretary Karima Silvent.
