Australian Strategic Materials will be removed from the ASX Official List at the close of trading on 31 August 2026 after a court-approved scheme of arrangement with its shareholders. EFR Critical Materials Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S.-based Energy Fuels Inc., will acquire all ASM issued capital, ending ASM as a standalone public company and marking Energy Fuels’ integration of ASM into its critical materials portfolio.
