ASML broke ground on a 35-hectare Eindhoven campus aimed at easing its tightening EUV production pipeline. The first opening is expected in 2029, when the site should support at least 3,000 employees, scaling to about 20,000 workplaces across 350,000 square meters. A new flow factory will bring TWINSCAN materials, manufacturing, and installation under one roof.
