Zai Lab and argenx reported positive topline Phase 3 ALKIVIA results for VYVGART Hytrulo in autoimmune myositis, with efgartigimod patients showing a 15.4-point greater mean Total Improvement Score than placebo at Week 52. Argenx posted blockbuster Q2 2026 net product sales of $1.516B (+60% YoY) and operating profit of $494M, while Q2 revenue declined 3% and higher R&D and SG&A drove an operating loss of $76.5M. RBC raised its ARGX price target.
