La Serenísima, Argentina’s dairy firm, received a $30 million capital injection from La Serenísima Unida, a joint venture of Arcor and Danone, to cancel bank debt. The board accepted the irrevocable contribution for future share subscription after Arcor and Danone took joint control of Mastellone. The payment is their first disbursement to back the new dairy asset.
