Archer Aviation and The Boeing Company signed definitive agreements for Archer to acquire Boeing’s Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu subsidiaries. Boeing will retain access to Wisk’s core autonomous flight technology for current and next-generation commercial and defense aircraft. The deal is positioned to speed Archer’s capability development and time to market while enabling continued development of Wisk investments.
