Archer Aviation momentum grows after Midnight flight and Boeing stake deal
Archer Aviation shares gained over 36% in the past month as the company reported a successful all-electric Midnight city-to-city roundtrip between Salinas and Monterey on July 30, coordinated with the FAA. On Aug. 10, Archer announced a definitive agreement to acquire Boeing’s Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu units, with Boeing taking nearly a 20% stake. The firm also reported $1.56B cash and expects operations under the White House eVTOL Integration Pilot Program later this year.
